Production time
Every item is handmade by me in my studio in Barcelona and posters are printed locally. 

Because everything is only made once ordered please allow up to 
- 4 weeks clothing
- 2 weeks for necklaces
-1 week for prints 
for production and shipping.

If you need anything for a specific date please get in touch with me before ordering and I will try my best to accomodate!

Everything will be sent with a tracked and signed for service. You will be sent a confirmation email as well as a dispatch email with all the tracking information. 

Once your item has left the studio The brand is called Carter can not take any responsibility for any delayed or lost items.

 Please note that I am currently still testing the delivery services to get the best price and service for you so if you have any questions about the shipping price before buying or don`t see your country on the listplease do get in touch and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

International deliveries may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer. Oversea shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. I cannot be held responsible for possible additional charges.

This is just an estimation once items are dispatched.

2-11 working days

Since everything will be made specifically for you I can only accept exchanges, unless item is faulty. Please do check the sizing guide before you purchase to find the correct size for you or get in touch to discuss. You can always leave your measurements at the notes box at the check out or email hello@thebrandiscalledcarter.com.
 

If you are unhappy with your purchase I can offer alterations at an additional cost. Please note that size exchanges can only be done when the standard sizing has been used, not custom measurements. 
Any issues with your item(s) please let me know within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If I made a mistake I am happy to offer free alterations. 
 
It will  be the customer’s responsibility to send the items back to the studio with a tracked service and cover the costs. All products must be returned in the same conditions as you received them.
